David is one of my favorite yoga teachers (and humans) of all time! He is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to safe alignment, breathwork, yogic philosophy, and meditation. I have been practicing with David for 2 years now. I started yoga about 3 years ago and couldn't find an instructor or practice that I could really flow with. Then 2 years ago I found David from another yoga instructors site. I decided to check him out. I fell in love with  the way he teaches his classes. He is very mindful that all bodies are different and that modifications are sometimes needed. He always has something new and fun. I feel so great after our practices. I found David's yoga channel in April 2020 at the beginning of the 3 month lockdown we had in Spain and it has been an amazing journey since then. He is teaching me the true meaning and value of yoga, how to listen to my body and to be more present and thankful for all the gifts I have in my life.


I practice online but the amazing messages he sends in all his videos reach my heart and soul and they inspire and guide me everyday. It has changed my life in many and wonderful ways.

I began practicing yoga with David when he was teaching in Austin and continue to learn and practice with him online.  He is a teacher who is caring, compassionate, and dedicated to his students.  David focuses on applying yoga practice and philosophy on and off the mat.  He creates a space where you learn to apply your yoga practice to navigate each day, give yourself care, and continue to learn about yourself and your place in the world and your relationship to others. 


David provides a wide variety of yoga classes, book studies, and “Tea Time” discussions online.  I believe that his practice stands out because he approaches it from a perspective of the physical, the emotional, and practical daily applications.  I really appreciate David’s teaching approach and his incorporation of the importance of laughing at yourself as we practice (i.e. when you fall over during tree pose). Hi I'm David O!

.

For over 14 years I've been teaching yoga and meditation to students all over the world - all beautiful shapes & sizes, all ages, and all levels of experience. Helping my students live a healthier, happier life through yoga is one of my greatest joys, and I can't wait to help YOU discover just how amazing you are.

Before teaching yoga full time, I worked as an electrical engineer in the aerospace industry, and if you look up at the stars on a clear night you might see one of the satellites I helped design.

.

With this experience, I learned to appreciate the power of science and technology to unlock hidden truths. I love bringing modern science together with ancient wisdom to create yoga classes that are actually proven to make us healthier and happier humans.

Another thing my engineering experience taught me is that sitting for hours everyday is terrible for your health! For years I suffered from low back pain, sciatica pain and a host of metabolic health issues. This personal experience led me to create classes that help you reverse the damaging effects of sitting, support and stabilize your spine, and help you maintain a healthy weight and THRIVE!

Whether your a complete beginner, or an experienced yogi, I can guide you in a practice to develop more strength and flexibility, boost your immune system, improve your metabolism, nurture your nervous system, better manage stress & anxiety, and most importantly, open your heart to love yourself and others more sweetly and completely.
